400 years of Prophetic Fulfillment Has Begun!

400-year prophetic fulfillment is happening now!

We have now entered a 400-year time frame of prophetic fulfillment that will lead to the greatest outpouring of the Holy Spirit the world has ever known. Consider the patterns of biblical and world history:

The 400-year time period between Malachi and Matthew is known as the intertestamental period where there was no prophetic word to the people of Israel. There were many promises that appeared would go unfulfilled and unanswered. 400 years is a long time to wait. And yet God was getting ready to fulfill every word about a messiah that he had ever spoken. There are some reading this who have felt like God has forgotten his promises to you. He has not. We are now in a divine time frame of history that will see ancient promises fulfilled and the most powerful outpouring of God’s Spirit we have ever known. How do we know this? While evil, Roman leaders were in charge, John begins to minister at the end of 400 years of silence, awakens a nation for Christ, and shifts history as the forerunner of Jesus (Luke 3).

We think history turns on political leaders- it does not. History was getting ready to shift with the ministry of John preparing for the messiah. History Shifts when God speaks not when men speak. And it happened at the end of a 400-year time frame of prophetic silence.

In Genesis 15:13, God tells Abram, “You can be sure that your descendants will be strangers in a foreign land, where they will be oppressed as slaves for 400 years.” 400 years later, Moses will be called by God to lead Israel out of Egyptian slavery with a series of plagues that will strike the nation. All the Gods of Egypt would be judged and every promise the Lord had ever made would be fulfilled. All of history would now shift as God would speak to one man and the world would never be the same. And it happened at the end of another 400-year, divine time frame.

Now consider this- 400 years ago this past November, a group of people signed a document called the Mayflower compact. They were seeking religious freedom from the tyranny of the English Monarchy and set sail to establish a colony in the new world. The first governing document of what would eventually become America says “

IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN. We, whose names are underwritten, the Loyal Subjects of our dread Sovereign Lord King James, by the Grace of God, of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, &c. Having undertaken for the Glory of God, and Advancement of the Christian Faith, and the Honour of our King and Country, a Voyage to plant the first Colony in the northern Parts of Virginia…

Many of the promises given to the United States have yet to be realized. But we are now at the end of that 400-year time period of God’s original promise to the founding of this nation and are going to see a nationwide, historical shift with an outpouring of God’s Spirit like we have never seen before and the fulfillment of generational guarantees of God’s word!

Psalm 78 tells us that the Lord would show us “Hidden things from our past (Psalm 78:2). He is doing that now. Prepare yourself- The time has come for every prophecy to be fulfilled!’ Ezekiel 12:23
